Delivery Information

  • We will ship your package within 2twobusiness days after your payment has cleared. In most cases, your parcel will be shipped within the next business day, though.
  •   All orders in the US will be shipped with a courier service (usually DHL Express or FedEx, depending on your location) for FREE. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
  •   Orders outside the United States are required to pay the corresponding postage.

    •  A correct phone number is required by couriers.
    •  We do ask for a surcharge in case the destination is in a remote location. Remote areas for DHL are located here, FedEx remote areas here.
    •  Due to high shipping fees we ask for a US$75 surcharge for orders from Brazil.
    •  We do not refund customs fees for Brazil orders.
